Preparation of RFI (Request for Information) to invite a large number of vendors to participate in the selection process.

Preparation RFP (Request for proposal). RFP is much sharper way of short listing vendors – RFP provides requirements of the client in great  detail and will aid in distinguishing between vendor offerings.

Scenario Testing: The last stage in the selection process is to see the system work in an environment where some of the real life scenarios that client experiences are tested.
